Privacy
How answers to forms made with Forms are handled.
What is collected
- The answers you give in a form, and any file you choose to upload.
- Anything passed in the form link (for example where you came from), if the form asks for it.
- When you started and finished, and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer.
- That the form was opened and how far you got, counted without your answers, so the form owner can see where people stop.
No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Saving as you go
- Most forms remember your answers in your own browser for 15 days, so you can come back later. Nothing is sent until you submit. Use "Start over" to clear it.
- Some forms keep unfinished answers after each question, so the owner sees them even if you stop partway. A form that does this says so.
Who sees it
Only the person who made the form. Answers are not sold. If the owner has turned them on, your answers may also be emailed to them, sent to their own tools (webhooks) or added to their Google Sheet. If you gave an email address, the form may send you one follow-up email.
Where it is stored
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Neon stores the answers (Postgres database).
- Supabase stores uploaded files, privately.
- Brevo sends notification emails.
Answers and files are kept until the form owner deletes them or the form.
